What a great team! The dr. To all his staff. My daughter needed urgent care for her teeth . We went to a clinic in Missisauga and the quoted us almost $8000 for a treatmemt. THE DR. AND HIS TEAM WORKED WITH US AND EXPLAINED THE EXTRA CHARGES FROM THE PREVIOUS OFFICE. WE ARE VERY GREATFUL FOR Shelburne Village Dental and Dr. FAISAL"S TEAM AND WORK. VERY HONEST DR! Best experience i have, my daughter needs a urgent care and. Everywhere i was going they giving me appointments after months..: also we moving so i need it to be done by this month.. i request Hailey they really helped a-lot they arrange everything including sedation and all within a week … i am so happy with the service my daughter got. I had a cleaning and 4 teeth removed yesterday and Dr. Waseem was friendly and professional. As a senior without insurance coverage I expected a wait but was taken in immediately. Friendly office and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this dentist to everybody.

As a senior, tooth hygiene & care is vital. Dr. Faisel is gentle & kind, with a professional-personal attitude. He suggests many ways to service your issues, with many options. He conciders your financially challenged state (10% off).His dental assistants are also very caring & help you rest in a vibrating chair, a head cushion, TV & smile.Receptionist are welcoming & caring. Kids can play on a gaming unit while waiting.Grandkids like going for checkups.Very pleased with his practice & would suggest using his service.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and it took him like 10 minutes to take out two and it was painless and this morning I have almost no swelling at all and I don't even need pain meds ***** well earned, big shout out to Dr Waseem, thank you. Also I called one day they had me in to take the teeth out the next day. Not one complaint.

Wonderful dentist and great staff! Highly recommend Dr. Waseem as he takes the time to explain everything in detail, is so caring and gentle as well. Had two root canals and I was surprised as to how little pain during treatment and post treatment I felt. Great chairside manner as he continously checked in to see how I was feeling and his assistant would ask me if I needed a blanket or if she could put on a favorite movie to make my treatment more relaxing for me. Dr. Faisal was incredibly gentle and considerate during a very unusual procedure I had to have done which involved removing part of a root that was left behind from a previous root extraction performed by a different Dentist.Dr. Faisal took x-rays and talked me through the process prior to the procedure. He reassured me that it would be painless to remove and it was. I was in and out in under an hour and throughout the entire process he kept asking if I was ok and made sure the freezing was working. I am so glad I went to the clinic and put my trust in him. Thank you for taking care of me and my unusual situation Dr. Faisal!

I’ve been putting off major dental work because I am waiting for work coverage and currently can’t afford it.I woke up in agony this morning. I went to a different clinic first. Let’s just say I left that clinic in the same kind of pain I started with. I then went directly to Dr Waseem for help. He was very empathetic. His staff were also over-the-top incredible. He froze my mouth fully and I was pain free within minutes of arriving. We then had the chance to discuss long term plans to bring my mouth back to health. I am very grateful he fit me in without warning and helped me without fuss or judgment.Would you believe there was no charge for that visit?I now have a dentist for life. Thank you to all of you.

I usually will not review based on one or two experiences as that could be a fluke. I have now seen Dr Faisal for dental work at least eight times and he his consistently painless. Each time I have been waiting for the sensitivity or pain that is common for me at the dentist. I have been surprised each time when hes said “all done”. I can recommend him highly after this many successes. Also, the hygenist is very gentle with cleanings!
